Oblast communal institution "National Literary and Memorial Museum of G.S. Skovoroda" is a tourist pearl of the Kharkiv region. The museum complex is located in one of the best preserved landed estates, the center of which is the building of the second half of the XVIII century, built in the style of classicism. Around it is a regular (English) park, on the territory of which there is a wooden pantry, a manager's office and a monument to Skovoroda (sculptor I.P.Kavaleridze). Two park alleys go down to the favorite places of the Pork: wells and 700-year-old oak. The philosophical alley, on which there are eight sculptures, will lead to the grave of the thinker. The museum collection has several thousand exhibits, some of which are unique. The exposition is located in three halls of the museum and memorial room.
