The cascade of fountains "Rainbow" are long and wide staircases, along the center of which falls a waterfall, and on the mountain there is a rainbow and a large observation deck. At the foot of the fountain cascade there is a park, which is an amazing combination of picturesque hills, neat paths and flower arrangements. In the very center of the park there is a lake, the bridge through which connected the two halves of the park (the composition is made in the form of an arbor in the middle of the lake, to which the forged bridge leads). The park also has a fountain in the form of a well with a bucket. It is believed that the water in it brings happiness.

The park is located in the territory of the former Voznesenovka village, which, in general, coincided geographically with the borders of the modern Voznesensky district of Zaporozhye, which is still the central area of the city.

In the park near the embankment of the highway there is a 5 meter bronze monument to Svyatoslav the Brave - this is a symbol of the history of the city of Zaporozhye and Ukraine.
