  • The author of the project was the architect of the city - Alla Domanska.

A complex of memorial signs, which perpetuates the memory of countrymen soldiers of the Starokostyantyniv region and all those who died for Ukraine.

The memorial sign to the liquidators of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant is made of reinforced concrete. A figure of a peaceful atom is placed on the three columns of the monument.

The mass grave of Soviet soldiers is a landmark of local importance under the category of "history" (guardian No. 1126). Its main architectural accent is the figures of a warrior and a grieving mother, who, bowing her head, stands by the grave of her sons and protects their peace. Near the figure of a woman is the figure of a little girl, symbolizing the future won from the enemy. And next to it is a sculpture of a warrior longing for his fallen comrades. Around the sculptural composition there are plaques engraved with the names of the soldiers of Staro Konstantinov who died during the Second World War, liberating our region, as well as a separate plaque with the names of the dead youth who fought against the German occupation forces.

The panel "For the will of Ukraine" consists of photos of fallen Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred, photos of those killed in the Russian-Ukrainian war, as well as commemorative inscriptions. The panel composition is completed by a memorial sign dedicated to the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred and Heroes of Ukraine, Hero of the Heavenly Hundred Serhiy Mykhailovych Bondarchuk.

The memorial sign to the Afghan soldiers is made of black marble. The plates depict photo portraits of the participants in the hostilities.
Near the memorial complex is the chapel of St. George the Victorious, built in honor of the 2000th anniversary of the birth of Christ and the 55th anniversary of the victory in the Second World War. One of the walls of the facade of the chapel is decorated with a painting based on biblical motifs (the battle of St. George with the snake). The author of the project was the architect of the city - Alla Domanska.
