There are many colorful places on the territory of Buky canyon along Girskiy Tikich river which is about 2,5 km long.
All the visitors of the canyon are well acquainted with the man-made attraction – a monument to the labor achievements of the Ukrainian people – the first rural hydroelectric power station in Ukraine named after Petrovskyi. Tourists have the opportunity to see the main hydraulic structures - a dam, a man-made riverbed - a pressure-free derivation channel (trays), the construction of a power plant itself. The first for a general overview among hydraulic structures is a dam.
After the dam down the river on the right bank of the Girskiy Tikich river, there is an impressive old mill, built in 1838. Stone millstones can still be seen near it.
Further down the river there is a hydrological natural monument of local significance - the picturesque waterfall "VYR".
The landscapes of the waterfall are replaced by no less colorful landscapes of the Lysakove tract, a valley named after the brave Cossack Lysak, who bravely defended his native village.
And the hallmark of the tourist object is the canyon itself, which gave the name to the tourist destination.

In April-May and September-November, when the Girskiy Tikich river is water-abundant, rafting is practiced here. Climbing is possible in the canyon almost all year round, but according to experts’ opinion, it has a negative impact and destroys the rocks.
