Close to the park is not no underground station. To ground stop "Park Zustrich" ply trolleybus route 13, route taxis 227e, 267e.
Near the northern entrance to the park is a memorial sign on the laying of the territory. The inscription on the stone says that the park was laid in honor of the 50th anniversary of the founding of the USSR. For some time, the AN-10 aircraft was located in the park, a popular venue for children.
In the middle of the plane were slot machines. From 1972 to the present, the park has never been equipped, there were only commercial establishments for drinking alcohol and barbecue, near which a couple of dozen trees of the park were cut down to equip recreation areas. Since that time, the park has become notorious, since the city budget annually allocates 1.5 million hryvnias for its cleaning, arrangement and reconstruction. A trampoline and slide are located in the recreation area. Many trees grow in the park, some of which are more than fifty years old.
Some park alleys are lined with slabs, which, however, have been dilapidated for a long time. Near the park there is a Specialized School of І-ІІІ steps No. 77, therefore, in the daytime, many schoolchildren walk in it, sometimes they conduct physical education lessons in the park. Along with this, the park has already turned into a territory for dog walking and the organization of holiday picnics.
In 2007, a session of the City Council transferred five plots of 2,200 square meters to Ukrainian citizens. These sites were located in the park, so its territory was significantly reduced; over time, their development is planned for retail outlets and private mansions.
