In the Plaza de la Constitución, 28, is a building of the Kharkov Motor Transport Technical School named after Sergo Ordzhonikidze. This architectural structure was designed by Alexey Beketov as the House and the Land Bank opened in 1899.

The square at that time was called Nikolaevskaya. Already in 1928, the motor transportation school was transferred to this building, which later became a technical school, which still functions in the building. The facade of the house is decorated with two sleeping lions. The building is a monument of architecture, made in the neo-renaissance style.
