Blazhkov's house

Description

Earlier, Blazhkov’s House was called the “Beautiful House by the Park” for its fabulous appearance.

Old photographs from the beginning of the twentieth century indicate that earlier Blazhkov’s House was called the “Beautiful House at the Park” for its fabulous appearance. The building has two floors, consisting of an entrance group with columns, a tower and a large balcony overlooking the Alexander Park (today, Shevchenkovsky), which is located directly at its entrance. All these elements are united by a dynamic composition and a detailed decorative design of the facade, which is characteristic of the Neo-Gothic style.
