The exterior features numerous decorative elements, characteristic of the presentable estate of a wealthy owner in the style of eclecticism with expressive elements of the Neo-Renaissance and Neo-Baroque.

The architecture of the mansion combines several styles, often referred to as "Jugendstil" - the German version of Art Nouveau. The construction also has a variety of decorative details. The roof of the building is made in the style of a French château, which makes it look like a palace. The interior layout has the features of modernity, architecture generally contains elements of eclecticism with clear elements of the Neo-Renaissance and neo-baroque.

This is a complex building with a total area of 61 sq.m. with numerous decorative elements on the facades.
Over the years, the interiors of the mansion have undergone a partial redevelopment: the original design elements are almost preserved, only the authentic balustrade of stairs and metal stairs to the basement.
The interior layout has modern features. On the upper floors, an important role in the decoration of the facades is played by the texture of the material - silicate brick, there is a balcony with an openwork lattice and a crown above the tent roof of the angular risolite.
In 1966, a partial reconstruction and redevelopment of the building took place. Today there is a regional TB dispensary operating there.

In 1888, Abraham Kopp built a branch of the plant in the colony of Schwenwiese (now Zaporozhye, the territory of "AvtoZAZ"), and in 1903 became the owner of the plant of agricultural machines in the colony of Einlag (Kichkas).
It is known that during 1914-1916 he kept at his own expense a psychiatric hospital "Betania" in the colony of Kronsweide (near Volodymyrske village).
