Description

  • The building was built in an eclectic style with elements of baroque. The building has a weathervane, from which you can find the year of construction - 1911.
  • The facades of the mansion are lavishly decorated with curly brackets, medallions, rustic pilasters, sculptural decor, balconies are fenced with balustrades.

The most original element in the building is the bay window at its corner with arched windows and a dome on top. Remodeling the first floor windows in the middle of the twentieth century significantly changed the look of the building, which affected its appearance and proportions. Then the windows were resized, two balconies on the façade of Dvorcova Street were demolished and the original flaky cover of the corner bay window dome. In 2006-2009, renovation and restoration works were carried out to restore the original appearance of the building, including the entrances, balconies and decoration of the main facades.
