Part of the couple donated allocated under the new street, which was to connect the German (now Pushkin) with the first technology (it runs parallel to the German and rested against the institution of the same name, now it Polytechnique street).
By 1895, two houses already exist on both sides of the new Maximilianovskaya street on the corner with Deutsche Street: No. 1 by Maria Gan and, on the contrary, No. 2, by Julia Raupach. At the same time, the corner plot of Raupach was bought by Maximilian’s brother, a well-known industrialist and philanthropist, founder of the Helferich-Sade plant, Heinrich.
